Neighbors Carried Elderly Woman from Burning Apartment Out

On September 24, 2014 at 13:31 there was a fire by address: the Republic of Tatarstan, City of Bugulma, Tsiolkovsky St., building 2, 16 apartment. FD-64 forces and means consisting of 10 people drove out to the scene. By the duty guard’s arrival, the apartment was burning, thick black smoke was getting out of the window opening. The neighbors from the first floor broke down the door and carried the victim outside before the firefighters arrived. The woman was hospitalized. As a result of the fire, the furniture was spoiled, the rooms were heavily bloated. The cause of the fire – violation of electrical equipment use rules. Forces and means attracted to the liquidation: 22 people, 8 units of techniques, including 12 people and 3 units of techniques from EMERCOM.
