Frost Is Expected on Ground and Air. Recommendations to Population of Tatarstan

On September 18, Crisis Management Center of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan received a report from Hydrometeorology and Monitoring of the Environment Management of the Republic of Tatarstan on storm warning about dangerous agrometeorological phenomenon on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan: “On September 19-20, 2014, at night and in the morning frost is expected here and there on the ground and in the air 0-2 degrees below zero.”

The Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan recommends to:

- take measures on protecting garden plantings and crop storage from frost;

- pay special attention to the furnace heating. Use only serviceable furnace and follow fire safety rules;

- for heating rooms, use only household appliances of manufacture, do not overload the power grid.
