Tatarstan Cynologists Won Silver Medals

The command of Volga Regional Search and Rescue Squad of EMERCOM of Russia composed of rescuers of Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny branch of PRPSO of EMERCOM of Russia won in overall of XI All-Russian Competitions of Search and Rescue Cynology Units of EMERCOM of Russia. The competitions ended recently in Novosibirsk. According personal achievements Tatarstanians brought from the Siberian capital four medals — two gold and two silver ones.

The geography of the commands was wide: from Kamchatka to Kaliningrad Oblast, and also a cynology service of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 80 units competed for prizes. At the stage of obedience and agility the first place in individual competition was taken by a representative of Naberezhnye Chelny branch of PRPSO of EMERCOM of Russia, Vyacheslav Yakimov. Winning initiative of Vyacheslav Yakimov soon was supported by his Naberezhnye Chelny teammate, Nina Sidorova. Another silver medal Tatarstanians took at the most prestigious and difficult stage — the team race.

The winner of the competitions was the command of Northwest Regional Center of EMERCOM of Russia, the second place was taken by the team of Volga Regional Center of EMERCOM of Russia, and representatives of North Caucasus Regional Center of EMERCOM of Russia took the third place.
