Traditional Republican Competitions of Supernumerary Emergency Rescue Units Were Held in Naberezhnye Chelny

Today, medics, signalers and scouts in gas masks and protective suits "occupied" the forest park zone of Naberezhnye Chelny, where took place the final stage of republican competitions of supernumerary emergency rescue units. 27 teams entered the contest for the main prize. They represented various companies of the republic from categorized cities, such as Kazan, Nizhnekamsk, Zelenodolsk, Almetyevsk, Bugulma, Chistopol, Yelabuga, Leninogorsk. Including the host team the total number of participants crossed 300 people. Deputy Chief of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, colonel Andrey Orlov, traditionally admonished supernumerary rescuers for a successful performance.

The trainings implied trainings of emergency rescue units’ actions in organizations that have potentially dangerous facilities and operating them, and have defense and economic significance, or represent the highest degree of danger in the event of emergencies in war and peace. When the competitions were over the participants were awarded cups and valuable presents. According to the results, Kazan team was the best, Naberezhnye Chelny representatives took the second place, and the third place was taken by Nizhnekamsk team.
