"Prevention, rescue, HELP." Figuratively speaking, the activities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations is based on these "three pillars".  And the third block — help — is not only disaster relief, rehabilitation of territories and population. EMERCOM is on the duty of sending humanitarian aid to victims of natural disasters, acts of terrorism. At the time, EMERCOM of Tatarstan accompanied humanitarian aid to Turkey after the earthquake, to Afghanistan, the North Caucasus — Chechnya and Ingushetia, Yakutia and the Southern Federal District, where were serious floods.

But Tatarstan employees of EMERCOM rightly consider one of the most striking examples in terms of the collection and delivery of humanitarian aid the aid to Beslan. Ten years have passed since the tragedy that took place on September 1-3, 2004 in the Ossetian town of Beslan.
