Best Commander of Guard Among Fire Departments of Republic Was Determined at Final Stage of Competition

Commanders of fire department guards of the Federal Fire Service on the Republic of Tatarstan showed their theoretical experience on service performance and physical training in the course of the competition for the title of "The best commander of the guard of the Federal Fire Service units in the Republic of Tatarstan". The competition was held in Kazan on the basis of sports training complex of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia on the Republic of Tatarstan. Twenty-two representatives of the Federal Fire Service offices were competing for the title of the best of the best in a fair fight.

Kazan citizen became the leader, commander of the guard FD-28 OFPS-5 on RT, Victor Kulkov. The second place went to Nizhnekamsk citizen, the guard commander FD-91 OFPS-1 on RT, Yuri Malafeev. And the winners chain was locked by his countryman, the guard commander FD-47 OFPS-1 on RT, Andrey Semashkin.
