Let Us Save Harvest from Fires!

These days, workers of independent post of Nizhnekamsk detachment of Fire Service of the Republic of Tatarstan are holding preventive activities to ensure fire safety at harvesting and storage places. Head of a independent post for the protection of the village Chulpanovo of Nizhnekamsk detachment of Fire Service of the Republic of Tatarstan held a lecture — instructing the workers of granaries of village Chulpanovo of Nurlatsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan on fire safety measures during the harvest season. During the meeting, special attention was paid to the fire safety measures during harvesting and storage of crops, namely:

- all workers engaged in grain harvesting should be instructed in fire safety measures;

- only properly functioning techniques may be permitted to the work in the fields equipped by spark arrester and the primary means of extinguishing;

- techniques that are not equipped by these means are not permitted to harvesting;

- smoking, carrying out works using open fire in grain arrays and in the vicinity of ricks of hay and straw is prohibited;

- do not burn the stubble, crop residues and build fires in the fields;

- it is necessary to organize the security of storage places of roughage to prevent burning and fires from a childish prank with fire;

- it is strictly forbidden to smoke or use an open flame in the places of preparation and storage of roughage.
