Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia in Republic of Tatarstan Studies Rationalization Experience

The meeting of the working group on the implementation of the plan of the research and rationalization work, the study, synthesis and dissemination of the best practices of structural, regional units and subordinated institutions in the second quarter of 2014 in the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting of the working group was held in the Center for Crisis Management of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by Acting Chief of the the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, colonel of internal service, Tahir Karimullin.

Head of the department of operational planning of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, colonel Igor Dragunov, made a report on the implementation of the research work plan for 2014.

Further, Deputy Minister of EMERCOM in RT, Oleg Stepuschenko, and Head of Advanced Development Department of EMERCOM in RT, Andrey Rosental made reports "about the work of the delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan at the VII International Salon "Complex Safety-2014".

Colonel of internal service, Lenar Bagavetdinov, devoted his report to technical regulations of fire safety requirements theme and regulatory innovations, as well as a report on holding the seminar "Organization of GPN in 2014".

Achievements by activity lines were also presented by: deputy head of Material and Technical Provision of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, Head of Rear Services, colonel of internal service Irek Kadamov, head of the management of fire-fighting organization and rescue works conduct of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, colonel of internal service, Konstantin Chanyshev, and head of 15 detachment of the Federal Fire Service in RT of Naberezhnye Chelny City, colonel of internal service, Sergey Subbotin.
