Head of Headquarters of MES of Russia in Republic of Tatarstan was conferred special rank Lieutenant General of Internal Service

By the Presidential Decree № 414 of June 11, 2014 Head of the Headquarters of MES of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan was conferred a special rank of Lieutenant General of Internal Service.

On behalf of himself, the Board of the Russian Emergencies Ministry and the Military Council of the Rescue Military Forces of the Russian Emergencies Ministry, Minister of Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters Vladimir Andreyevich Puchkov congratulated his colleagues on the appointment to new senior positions and on receiving higher military ranks.
