The main culprit of forest fires is a person - his carelessness when using fire in a forest during work and leisure. Most fires are a result of agricultural burnings, burning trash, places of picnics, mushroom and berries gathering, hunting, throwing a burning match, unquenched cigarette. After a shot of a gun by a hunter, shot out wad begins to smolder, burning dry grass. Often you can see how a forest is littered with bottles and glass fragments.
