When hot summer days come, many of us feel prostration, and nearly force ourselves to move our body. Such weather does not only uncomfortable, but it is dangerous for health. Like never before at this time, there are higher risks of getting sunstroke and dehydration. That is why it is very important to know and follow rules conduct in hot weather.
To protect yourself and loved ones, you must follow the next rules:
· On hot days, wear lightweight, loose-fitting clothes made from natural fabrics, always wear hats and light headdress, carry around a bottle of water.
· Eliminate from your diet fatty, fried and sweet foods.
· To protect the body from dehydration drink more - not less than 1.5 - 3 liters a day.

· It is better to be less in the sun for people with lots of moles.
· Never allow redness and sunburn on the skin.
· Even young and healthy people can be in the sun for 1.5 or 2 hours a day.
· Infants cannot be in the sun.
· Clothes do not fully protect the skin from the sun: cotton misses 6% of sunlight, wet up to 20%.
· Use sunscreen cosmetics.
