Please accept my sincere congratulations on your professional holiday - Day of fire protection of the Russian Federation, established by the decree of the President of Russia. April 30, 1649 year Tsar Alexey Mikhailovich Romanov signed the Order about the City deanery is the first official document on the creation of the professional fire protection. This year the fire protection of Russia celebrates 365 years. Thanks to the measures to ensure fire safety in settlements, objects of economy managed to maintain long-term tendency to reduce the number of fires and destruction of people on them.

During 2013, with the support of the President of the Tatarstan State Council and government of Republic, heads of municipalities was carried out huge work together to improve the system of fire prevention, introduction of advanced technologies and modern equipment, the development of fire service of the RT and the revival of the voluntary fire brigade. The results speak for themselves.

Today on combat duty are 99 units of the civil code "Fire protection of Republic of Tajikistan", which protect from fire settlements and objects of social sphere, remote subdivisions of the Federal fire service. Only for 2013 units of the fire service of the Tatarstan went on alert 2639 times to suppress the fire - 923 times, fire - 737, for liquidation of consequences of accident - 570 times. Thanks to the support of the Republican leadership on arms PPP RT has been converted for fire-fighting cars "ZIL-130" (ARS-14). This technique has already recommended itself from the best side to fight the fires in rural areas.

In addition, the Republic has created 1496 of voluntary fire prevention units (DPO) total number 18109 man, armed with which 387 units of fire and 525 units adapted technology. On combat duty daily deputize 1859 fire volunteers. Only in 2013 division of continuing education units LSD were involved in fires and other accidents 878 times, self-extinguished 74 fire, rescued 6 people.

This is the same reserve, which will be covered 100% of the territory of the whole Republic and all settlements of Tatarstan will be included in the normative time of arrival of the fire Department. Fire volunteers were our good help in ensuring fire safety. And we still have something to aim for. In most developed countries, it is voluntary firemen have been fighting fire.

Without oversight and preventive activities it is impossible to achieve stable results in the field of fire safety. A considerable share of anti-fire performed by the inspectors of the State fire supervision. They rightly earned universal respect for their dedication, integrity and rigor to the violators of the fire safety rules.

On this day each of us to recollect our colleagues who died in the line of duty, that their lives were able to save the life of other people.
