I want to note that all voluntary fire brigades took special training. About two months all employees cafes and restaurants received theoretical and practical knowledge from the emergency situations Ministry. Practical testing of fire extinguishing worked out on the basis of the Kazan fire brigade was OPPS-5 RT.

Organizers of the event were the criminal code "CFC", Ministry of emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Main Directorate of Ministry of emergency situations of Russia in Republic of Tatarstan. The competition, assured the organizers will show the readiness of the crews to work in real conditions of fire and smoke, will help participants to be trained in liquidation of fires and conduct timely control of fire fighting equipment.

General Director of Managing company "CFC" , Kazan Mikhail Lopouh noted the importance of creation of objects with mass stay of people of voluntary fire brigades.

- Our task is not only to feed the visitors, but also to ensure the most comfortable and safe facility for our guests, " said Mikhail Lopouh. - We hope that this competition will lay a good start for all restaurants of the city of Kazan.

In competitions took part 7 teams from 7 institutions of food and rest of the city by 4 participants each volunteer team: HEP "Pushkino", HEP State 51", HEP "Riviera", HEP "Decembrists", HEP "Berloga", HEP "Savinovo", HEP "Tower".

Competitions started, as usual in real life, with fire detection and report about it in the fire Department. At this stage, the first participant runs to the phone, simulates a set number "112", reports the fire in the prescribed form "the Fire took place in the restaurant "ITALIANO" at the address: Ul. Chistopol, the house 3, sunbathing happening on the ground floor, kitchen area, burning deep fryer, the restaurant is 25 people, the evacuation of people, called Ivan Ivanov, telephone 221-61-35". After participant is running to the finish of the first stage, where it awaits the second participant. Two volunteers stew with felt mats (fire cloth) burning a dummy. Conditional person should be covered fire protection cloth, and brought down completely put out the flames.

Arriving at the line of the second stage, the participant number 2, grabs a fire extinguisher, runs up to the burning pan and puts out the fire with a fire extinguisher. Next, the participant of this phase runs to the third stage for the changeover.

At the third stage involves two participants from the team. After receiving the torch, they come to sternotomy sleeve and fire barrel. One of the volunteers takes one end of the sleeves and paves the bag line, attaching fire barrel. The last team member at this time attaches the other end of the hose line to the fireman three-way branching and opens it. When calculating results of the jury took into account the time of passage of military relay race and presence of penalties. Unfortunately, the fate of penalty points touched team CFC State 51". At the third stage, to put hot pan, was made an error, resulting in the pan again caught fire. Because of this, the team received a penalty of 10 seconds.

Final relay team CFC Berloga snatched third place out of the hands of the CFC "Decembrists". As shared participating teams relay race they liked, but there were difficulties, fortunately not connected with suppression. The main burden for girls, literally, steel boots fire.

All the calculations have shown good training and skills liquidation of fires using primary fire extinguishing means, said the main judge of competitions - the head of Department of organization of fire Colonel of internal service Konstantin Chanyshev.

Participants were awarded certificates of voluntary fire brigades, diplomas and memorable prizes.

The quick and nimble team, is greater than all ready for a real fire conditions was the team of volunteers CFC "Tower". Their best course time of 1 minute 26 seconds. They have rightfully become owners of a challenge Cup of voluntary fire brigades.

As recognized by winners of competitions to win helped them cohesion, faith in themselves and their colleagues.
