Parking problem in Zainsk

      Inhabitants of multi-storey houses address in editorial office of the local newspaper "Novy Zay" with claims that because of a set of the machines parked in the yards it is impossible to pass with a baby carriage. The problem is very actual. It is difficult to clean roads from snow and ice. If there is an emergency, a way to special equipment to the yard will be complicated. Firefighters on the account have every second.

      Staff of department of supervising activities for the Zainsk municipal region of UND GU of Emercom of Russia on RT paid attention to this problem and tries to solve it. Drivers who violate rules of a parking will be fined.

      Where it is forbidden to leave the car in the yard:

- on lawns and other green sites;

- on drives to the yards;

- in places where the standing car will create an obstacle for movement and specialtransport work;

- on sidewalks, except specially taken away places designated by a route sign "Parking lot" ("A taxi parking lot").

      In case of movement on the domestic territory pedestrians have a priority and can move not only on sidewalks, but also on the carriageway, i.e. the driver in the living area shall give way to them.
