For reference: In the flood period planned 153 temporary accommodation centres, with a capacity of 30648 people, 428 units of transport.

The basic efforts are directed on clearing the deepening and straightening of river beds, conducting shore protection works, the repair of hydraulic structures and cleanup of underground communications and the weakening of ice. The icebreaking conducting of works, sawing and blackening of ice in accordance with the forecast of the flood situation is not planned.

In order to reduce negative impacts of flood waters on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan planned blasting operations in 38 districts, 63 defined the place of detonation. A stock of explosives created (0.5 tons).

On March 27, 2014 blasting operations carried out in 6 rural areas in 10 locations spent 238 kg of explosives.

March 21 - in Drozhzhanovsky and kaibitsky areas on 3 academic produced 47 demolition, spent 58 kg of explosives);

March 22 - Verkhneuslonsky and Zelenodolsk areas for 2 academic produced 45 demolition, spent 94 kg of EXPLOSIVES;

24 March - to tyulyachinsky district on 2 academic produced 22 undermining spent 34 kg of EXPLOSIVES;

March 25 - in Menzelinsk district on 3 academic produced 21 undermining spent 52 kg of EXPLOSIVES.

To ensure monitoring of hydrological situation it is planned to use stationary hydrological posts Petersburg Administration on Hydrometeorology and environment monitoring of the Republic of Tatarstan" and 98 temporary positions in the Ministry of emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

For the implementation of air reconnaissance involved 1 helicopter obiasatelnogo center of EMERCOM of Russia and 1 helicopter JSC «AK bars AVIA».

On the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan is located 1225 hydraulic engineering constructions, from them 4 GTS are potentially dangerous, 39 dangerous. Orphan GTS is not available. Liquidation of the GTS is not required.

To minimize the damage caused by floods, organized activities for repair of hydraulic structures and engineering infrastructure development of water projects.

Only on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan registered 1225 GTS, of them 1225 GTS is supervised by Rostekhnadzor.
