The festival «Star» Chernobyl waiting for talented children.

In February launched the III international Patriotic festival of children's and youthful creativity «Star of Chernobyl», devoted to the feat of the liquidators of the accident at the Chernobyl NPP.

This festival is initiated by the EMERCOM of Russia, with the support of the Commission for awarding the International prize in the field of literature and art «Star of Chernobyl».

In the competition involves students of educational institutions in the age of from 7 till 18 years, either individually or as part of the creative team. Applications for participation in the Festival will be accepted until 1 April 2014 by e-mail marina_gull@rambler.ru and in com. 420 on davydkovskaya street, apartment 7, 2006, Moscow. Goals and tasks of the festival:

- Familiarity with the events and heroes of the Chernobyl disaster;

- Perpetuation in works of art of the achievement of the Chernobyl that the price of sacrifice was humbled escaped from the control of the peaceful atom;

- The education of the children of respect, sympathy and admiration for the courage of the heroes of Chornobyl disaster;

- Revealing and support of talented and promising children;

- Intensification of social activity of adolescents.

The festival includes the following contests:

- Artistic creativity (fine and decorative),

- Literary creation author's poetry and prose)

- Music and performing arts (vocal, instrumental, dance genre)

- Stage work (art the word, theater performances).
