During the reporting period, 46,199 calls were received and processed, and 35,495 incident cards were created.

To date, about 71% of calls have been received by the republic's emergency services.

Appeals to the single number 112 were received in the following areas: for the police – 29.5%, for medical assistance – 26.4%, for firefighters and rescuers – 26.0%, for housing and communal services – 4.1%, for emergency gas services – 1.8%, for other reasons – 12.2%.

According to the results of the past week, the average time for applicants to wait for a response was 8 seconds, the average time for a specialist to talk was 1 minute and 14 seconds.

Psychologists conducted 145 consultations in the mode of providing round-the-clock psychological support to subscribers, a total of 259 calls were received regarding the provision of psychological assistance.
