During the reporting period, 56,266 calls were received and processed by emergency call reception and processing specialists in the System-112, and 44,858 incident cards were created.
To date, the System-112 of the Republic of Tatarstan receives about 71% of calls to emergency operational services of the republic.
Appeals to the single number 112 were received in the following areas: in the direction of the police – 28.9%, for medical assistance – 24.9%, in the direction of firefighters and rescuers – 27.0%, on housing and communal services – 4.6%, in the direction of the emergency gas service – 1.8%, for other reasons – 12.8%.
According to the results of the past week, the average waiting time for applicants for a response from a Service-112 specialist was 08 seconds, and the average conversation time between a Service-112 specialist and applicants was 1 minute and 16 seconds.
Psychologists of the Service-112 conducted 193 consultations in the mode of providing round-the-clock psychological support to subscribers, a total of 414 calls were received regarding the provision of psychological assistance.
