To date, about 71% of calls have been received by the republic's emergency services.
Appeals to the single number 112 were received in the following areas: in the direction of the police – 30.6%, for medical assistance – 27.9%, in the direction of firefighters and rescuers – 25.7%, on housing and communal services – 3.4%, in the direction of the emergency gas service – 1.5%, for other reasons – 10.9%.
According to the results of the past week, the average time for applicants to wait for a response was 09 seconds, the average time for a specialist to talk was 1 minute and 15 seconds.
Psychologists conducted 160 consultations in the mode of providing round-the-clock psychological support to subscribers, a total of 317 calls were received regarding the provision of psychological assistance.
