During the reporting period, 43,355 calls were received and processed by specialists in receiving and processing emergency calls, and 35,389 incident cards were created.

To date, about 57% of calls have been received by the republic's emergency services.

Appeals to the single number 112 were received in the following areas: for medical care – 30.5%, for police – 30.9%, for firefighters and rescuers – 24.7%, for housing and communal services – 3.5%, for emergency gas services – 1.7%, for other reasons – 8.7%.

According to the results of the past week, the average waiting time for a specialist's response was 10 seconds, and the average conversation time between a specialist and applicants was 1 minute and 11 seconds.

Psychologists conducted 129 consultations in the mode of providing round-the-clock psychological support to subscribers, a total of 375 calls were received regarding the provision of psychological assistance.
