During the reporting period, specialists in receiving and processing emergency calls received and processed 42048 calls in "Sуstem 112", and 33600 incident cards were created.

To date, "Sуstem 112" of the Republic of Tatarstan receives about 57% of calls to emergency operational services of the republic.

According to the results of the past week, the average waiting time for applicants for a response from a "Service 112" specialist was 7 seconds, and the average conversation time between a Service 112 specialist and applicants was 1 minute 09 seconds.

Psychologists of "Service 112" conducted 121 consultations in the mode of providing round-the-clock psychological support to subscribers, a total of 286 calls were received regarding the provision of psychological assistance.
