The safety video contest ended with a big celebration
A big security celebration was held on the territory of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan. Children of all ages from 3 to 17 years old came to visit the staff of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations. All of them are winners of the republican video contest "I will be vigilant on ice and on water."
Representatives of the public organization launched a platform with a master class on assistance in drowning, demonstrated how to perform artificial respiration and indirect heart massage. After the children and their parents received vital skills, they were shown how to properly put on a life jacket and told what to look for when choosing a life-saving device. And in order to consolidate the acquired knowledge, they distributed memos on the rules of safe behavior on the ice.
Firefighters from the 3rd fire and rescue unit set up cars and a fire ATV. One could not only admire the powerful rescue equipment, but also sit in the place of the firefighters in the cabin, turn on flashing lights or give a shrill siren signal to those rushing to a call.
All the winners received not only cups, but also vivid emotions from communicating with real heroes who chose their life's work – saving people.
