Job fairs play an important role in personnel selection, providing an opportunity for the employer and the applicant to communicate quickly and effectively, evaluate not only the applicant's resume, but also the candidate's personal qualities, ask questions, get acquainted with motivation and interest in the job.
This allowed us to expand the range of potential candidates, conduct about 10 initial interviews, saving time and resources, evaluate the professional skills of applicants, get feedback from them about the perception of the company and invite them to more detailed interviews with the psychologists of the Service.
Qualified consultations were conducted on professional orientation in the specialty "specialist in receiving and processing calls" and professional training in the framework of employment in the Service. The applicants learned about the special requirements for candidates: high level of typing speed, literacy, developed attention and memory, good cognitive abilities. We talked about the specifics of labor organization, the level of pay and social guarantees, and the possibilities of vocational training in a new specialty.
Participation in the fair allowed us to share our recruitment experience with other employers, learn about new trends in the labor market and learn from best practices.
