An additional comprehensive check of the readiness of the municipal public notification system in Kazan is being carried out in order to ensure guaranteed delivery of warning signals and informing the population, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Tatarstan noted.
"In the period from 10:40 to 10:43 on October 16, terminal warning devices will be launched - these are electromechanical sirens S-40, which sound the signal «ВНИМАНИЕ ВСЕМ!» and speech siren installations RSU-300 and RSU-600, which in addition to the sound signal «ВНИМАНИЕ ВСЕМ!» will broadcast a voice message«ПРОВОДИТСЯ ПРОВЕРКА ГОТОВНОСТИ СИСТЕМЫ ОПОВЕЩЕНИЯ НАСЕЛЕНИЯ! ПРОСЬБА СОХРАНЯТЬ СПОКОЙСТВИЕ!».
