Attention! On October 2, a comprehensive check of the readiness of the public notification system of the Republic of Tatarstan will take place
On October 2, in the period from 10:40 to 10:43, the check will be carried out by launching technical warning devices - these are electromechanical sirens S-40, which sound the signal «ВНИМАНИЕ ВСЕМ!» and speech siren installations RSU-300 and RSU-600, which, in addition to the sound signal «ВНИМАНИЕ ВСЕМ!» are able to inform and notify the public with voice messages.
In addition, according to the comprehensive inspection plan, the interception of television and radio broadcasting will be involved, where residents of the republic will see a special screensaver «ПРОВОДИТСЯ ПРОВЕРКА ГОТОВНОСТИ СИСТЕМЫ ОПОВЕЩЕНИЯ НАСЕЛЕНИЯ!» and will hear a message about the verification of the notification system.
After hearing the sound of the siren, you need to remain calm and not panic, turn on the TV - any public channel or radio and listen to the information message.
This set of measures allows you to objectively check the operability of terminal warning devices, as well as assess the readiness of the personnel on duty authorized to launch public notification systems.
