Since the beginning of the year, 59 people have died in the reservoirs of the Republic of Tatarstan, including 5 children
Regina Gayazova, Acting Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, announced information about the results of the bathing season during a briefing today.
First of all, the representative of the Tatarstan Central Committee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia presented statistics. According to Regina Gayazova, 72 incidents on the water have been recorded in the republic since the beginning of the year.
Incidents during the summer period were registered in 22 municipalities of the republic.
Incidents in the bathing season were not allowed in Alekseevsky, Sabinsky, Almetyevsky, Mendeleevsky, Bugulminsky, Yutazinsky, Tukaevsky, Kamsko-Ustinsky, Arsky, Atninsky, Kaibitsky, Bavlinsky, Novosheshminsky, Nurlatsky, Menzelinsky, Sarmanovsky, Zainsky, Kukmor, Mamadyshsky, Rybno-Slobodsky, Apastovsky, Buinsky, Drozhzhanovsky districts.
It should be noted that the republic is constantly working to prevent the death of people on the water, to increase the number of places equipped with rescue posts for mass bathing and beaches.
