The EMERCOM of Russia participates in the International Forum "Kazan Digital Week-2024"
Within the framework of the forum in Tatarstan, issues of scientific and technical information exchange, consolidation of scientific and technological assets capable of effectively solving the tasks of import substitution and advance, ensuring technological and digital sovereignty and leadership of Russia are discussed.
The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations is represented at the International Forum by Anton Gerasimov, Deputy Head of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations. During the round tables, the Deputy Minister announced the position of the department on the development of the system 112, including the creation of a centralized information collection system on the unified digital platform GOSTECH. They also discussed the prospects for the development of means and methods of notifying the population.
Digital technologies in public administration make it possible to qualitatively transform the process of implementing state functions and the provision of state and municipal services. All this is designed to create an effective information space for interaction between citizens and the state. Some services, such as issuing opinions on the results of complex exercises provided by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, have already been brought to the digital environment. This helps to increase the speed of service to citizens, improve the quality and convenience of services provided.
