Civil defense specialists are required (by municipal area) of the Department for the implementation of powers in the field of civil defense of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan in the following areas:
Alkeevsk;
Apastovo;
Arsk;
Verkhneuslon;
Zainsk;
Pestrecy;
Tukay;
Rybno Sloboda.
Qualification requirements: higher professional (technical) education, without presentation of work experience requirements.
The salary ranges from 23,000 to 35,000 rubles per month.
The following requirements are imposed on the specialist for professional knowledge and skills necessary for the performance of official duties:
- knowledge of regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of civil defense;
- knowledge of hardware and software, capabilities and features of the use of modern information and communication technologies in government agencies, including the use of interdepartmental document management capabilities, general issues in the field of information security;
- skills in working with internal and peripheral computer devices, information and communication networks, including the Internet, in the operating system, email management, working in a text editor, working with spreadsheets, working with databases.
