«...Water kills people». SISV and SRW Raid
In order to avoid the death of people on the water, employees of the Zelenodolsk inspection department of SISV, together with representatives of local executive authorities, the police and public activists of the SRW patrol reservoirs. At the same time, special attention is paid to the so-called "wild beaches", where there are no rescuers, and the bottom is unknown. First of all, preventive conversations are held with vacationers, and memos on safety measures on the water are distributed. Social activists of SRW provide great assistance to GIMS employees in this. They explain everything, convince vacationers to be attentive and careful by the water.
The main task is not to punish, but to warn people about the danger. Vacationers are reminded of the simple rules of safety on the water, so that no trouble happens.
During the last raid, representatives of the mobile patrol group issued 3 protocols for bathing in prohibited places. In the near future, the number of preventive groups will be doubled. And the Ministry of Emergency Situations will patrol the reservoirs throughout the bathing season.
