In Kazan, more than 500 employees of Russia EMERCOM took part in ensuring the security of the XV International Economic Forum "Russia — the Islamic World: KazanForum"
Kazanforum is of particular importance as a platform for an open and interested dialogue, discussion of topical issues of our time and exchange of best practices between countries supporting the formation of a multipolar, just world order.
The rich program of the forum covered 125 thematic sessions on 12 different areas of international cooperation, Islamic finance and investment, halal industry, science and technology, infrastructure development, women's agenda, personnel development, tourism, culture and sports.
On May 17, at the plenary session, experts discussed the prospects for cooperation between Russia and the countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in various fields and summed up the results of the forum.
The events of the business program of the XV International Economic Forum "Russia — the Islamic World: Kazanforum", which opened on May 14, have ended at the Kazan Expo IEC. The Forum has established itself as an effective international platform for the development of partnerships and mutually beneficial cooperation between Russia and the states of the Islamic world.
