The team of the state budgetary institution of the Republic of Tatarstan "Emergency Call Service - 112" held the competition "The best specialist in receiving and processing emergency calls" at the end of 2023.
The main goals of the competition were to increase the professional skills of specialists in receiving and processing emergency calls of the GBU "Service - 112" and stimulate their professional growth.
The main criteria for evaluating the contestants:
- knowledge of regulatory documents regulating the operation of the emergency call system on the territory of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan;
- knowledge of the procedures for interviewing applicants and sending information on incidents to emergency operational and other responding services, as well as the ability to apply existing knowledge in practice;
- knowledge of administrative-territorial division and infrastructure of the Republic of Tatarstan;
- efficiency and correctness of registration of incident cards and referral to responding services;
- ability to prove yourself in stressful situations.
Each of the participants demonstrated excellent knowledge and skills. Gulshat Gumerova, a representative of the 112 System Call Processing Center in Naberezhnye Chelny, won the fair and open competition.
