The EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the Commission on compliance with the requirements for the official conduct of state civil employees and the resolution of conflicts of interest
On May 11, 2023, the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the Commission on Compliance with the requirements for Official Behavior of State civil Servants and conflict of Interest Resolution.
The meeting of the Commission was attended by a representative of the Office of the Raisa of the Republic of Tatarstan on anti-corruption policy, representatives of scientific organizations and educational institutions whose activities are related to the civil service, a member of the public council at the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The following issues were considered at the meeting of the Commission:
about the shortcomings identified during the analysis of information on income, expenses, property and property obligations submitted by state civil servants of the Ministry for the reporting period
the statement of the state civil servant of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan about the inability to provide information on income, property and property obligations for his minor child for 2022 for valid reasons
Also at the meeting of the Commission, the issue was considered, in relation to a former civil servant of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, to replace him with a position in an organization, if certain functions of public administration of this organization were included in his official duties.
