Age is "third", place is second!
Swimming competitions were held in the Almetyevsk sports complex "Miras" in the standings of the X Spartakiad of the Almetyevsk municipal district among pensioners "Third Age", dedicated to the 76th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Among the winners there are veterans of the fire department.
All participants swam a distance of 50 meters freestyle. And among the almost forty combat pensioners of the city from 10 organizations, according to tradition, there were also representatives of the Almetyevsk branch. These are retired captains from the 27th fire and rescue unit Nikolai Stepanov and Ivan Sabayev. The latter, according to the results of the heats, won an honorable second place!
