5 March 2021, Friday

She is a participant in the elimination of the consequences of dozens of emergencies. A person who is not only the first to come to the rescue, but can also provide it professionally. And she is also responsible for the health of rescuers and divers, an intelligent teacher and just a good and reliable friend. This is the opinion of colleagues and friends of the rescuer of the 2nd class of the Kazan zonal search and rescue squad No.2 of the Search and Rescue Service under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, a professional paramedic Olga Pychenkova. For the twentieth year of service in the ranks of rescuers, for the first time, she will receive congratulations on the International Women's Day on March 8 from the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov. And the head of the republic also prepared a well-deserved gift for her-the Gratitude of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The track record of Olga Pychenkova, who was awarded the memorial medal of the EMERCOM of Russia "Marshal Vasily Chuikov", really inspires well-deserved recognition. In 2002, she took part in the liquidation of the consequences of the collapse of the hostel on 32 Yershova Street; for three years in a row, from 2004 to 2006, she provided assistance to the population during the flood. In 2007, she was among the liquidators of the consequences of squally wind in Kazan and heavy precipitation.
She also had the hard work of receiving and accommodating refugees from Ukraine in 2014. And with her direct participation, it was possible to organize a point of humanitarian assistance to internally displaced persons at the address S. Saidasheva Street, 36.
For her colleagues, Olga is not just a combat comrade. She is like a guardian angel for them, as she regularly performs a preventive examination of the health of rescuers and divers in the Kazan ZPSO. This means that Olga will tell you when and why you need to go to the doctors for a medical examination, since men, and especially rescuers, do not always pay attention to the signs of any ailments. Moreover, it is in her power – daily admission to work based on the results of the morning inspection.
