The fire detector saved the life of an elderly man

At 11.36, 18th of January a private log house measuring 6x7 meters was burning at the address: Agryz district, Salaushi village, Lenin Street, house number 62.

The estimated area of the fire was 42 sq. m.

Thanks to the operation of an autonomous fire detector (API), the owner heard the signal and independently evacuated from the burning house.

The API was installed in October 2020 at the expense of the rural settlement.

The cause of the fire is being determined. There were no injuries.

In total, from 2018 to 2020, 65,369 detectors were installed in 27,270 households at the expense of municipalities, citizens' funds, and sponsorship.
