The consequences of a conditional emergency were successfully eliminated
Practical events were held in the Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of the all-Russian training on emergency response related to the bottling of petroleum products.
In the Republic of Tatarstan, activities are continuing within the framework of the command and staff training on emergency response related to the bottling of petroleum products. Today, practical actions of the Republican system of emergency prevention and response during a conditional emergency were worked out on the territory of the branch of JSC "TGC-16" Kazan CHPP-3.
The legend of the exercises, September 23, on the basis of branch of JSC "TGK-16" Kazan CHP-3, as a result of depressurization of one of the storage tanks of petroleum products in the embankment of the tank spilled fuel oil in the amount of 4 000 tons of fuel oil farm fuel plant branch of JSC "TGK-16" Kazan TPP-3. There was a high probability of fire.
There are no dead or injured as a result of a conditional emergency. The scale of the emergency does not go beyond the object. There is no threat to localities located near CHPP-3. Evacuation measures are not required.
In total, 66 people and 14 units of equipment were involved in the elimination of the consequences of a conditional emergency, including 32 people and 7 units of equipment from the EMERCOM of Russia.
