The Republic of Tatarstan takes part in the all-Russian command and staff training

On September 22, in the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as throughout Russia, the command and staff training on emergency response related to the bottling of petroleum products started. Staff and practical exercises will be held in two stages over 2 days. The population of the Republic will not be affected by the large-scale exercise, and residents should remain calm.
The all-Russian training is conducted with Federal Executive authorities, regional Executive authorities, local self-government bodies and organizations. The training takes place in two stages. Today, issues of notification, collection and organization of work of management bodies, forces and means involved in the elimination of a conditional emergency situation are being worked out. Plans for the prevention and elimination of emergency oil and oil products spills are also being clarified, possible emergencies, their development and consequences are being modeled, and measures are being taken to reduce the risk of emergencies and minimize damage. During the first stage of the exercise, the "high readiness" mode of operation is introduced, interaction with the management bodies and forces of the Republican emergency prevention and response system is being worked out.
The main Department of the Ministry of emergency situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan has deployed an operational headquarters with the involvement of representatives of ministries and departments participating in the command and staff training.
On the first day of training, special attention is paid to notification and gathering of the management team, setting training tasks. There are no practical activities on the first training day.
