On August 30, 2020, a fire occurred near the Lokomotiv Peninsula on the Volga River in the Vakhitovsky district of Kazan. A small vessel was burning (Vostok-2 boat). The fire was reported on August 30, 2020 at 16 hours and 26 minutes from the firefighters of the fire and rescue ship (a separate post 2, 7 fire and rescue detachment of the Federal Fire Service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry). As it turned out, seeing what was happening 200 meters from the duty station, the employees of the fire and rescue ship, taking rescue circles and fire extinguishers, advanced towards the burning boat on the Kazanka motorcycle submarine. Also, an ambulance team and GIMS employees were sent to the scene of the fire. As a result of the fire, there are no dead. Two children were injured, they did not need hospitalization.

Departures to the incidents of duty units under the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Tatarstan and other emergency rescue units - 5 times. Of these: for other - 1 time, for unlocking - 2 times, for search work - 2 times. For preventive work - 6 times.
