With the interaction of sign language interpreters of The service-112 and the police, criminals who were on the Federal wanted list were detained
On April 19, 2020, the state emergency call Service – 112 received an appeal from the applicant, who is deaf, with a request to help her mother, who rented an apartment in Kazan under a lease agreement. But when the applicant came to check the condition of the apartment, it turned out that strangers lived there. The applicant asked to call the police to resolve the situation and evict strangers from the apartment.
Operator-112 sent a call to the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia in Kazan. Immediately on the scene left the police squad. Citizens who were in the apartment refused to open the door voluntarily, so it was decided to open the door to the apartment. After opening the door, the police took all necessary actions. As a result of the check on the night of April 19-20, the citizens who were in this apartment were detained, as they were listed in the Federal wanted list.
