Rafis Khabibullin on Water Safety: Joint Efforts Must Preserve People's Lives

On August 11, at a meeting in the House of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, the head of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rafis Khabibullin, reported on the provision of safety on water bodies of the republic. The discussion in a videoconference mode with all regions was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov. The causes of tragedies are the same, bathing in unequipped places, alcoholic intoxication.
