According to the results of the past week, the average time for applicants to wait for a specialist's response was 08 seconds, and the average time for a specialist to talk was 1 minute and 13 seconds.
Psychologists conducted 191 consultations in the mode of providing round-the-clock psychological support to subscribers, 510 calls were received in total regarding the provision of psychological assistance.
