Seminar on compliance with anti-corruption legislation

19 March 2026, Thursday

On March 19, 2026, a seminar was held on compliance with anti-corruption legislation by government civil servants of the Ministry.

Deputy Minister Andrey Rezinkin made an introductory speech at the opening of the seminar.
The seminar addressed the issues of innovations in anti-corruption legislation and compliance with the restrictions and prohibitions imposed by the civil service.

The issue of the changed procedure for submitting certificates of income, expenses, property and property-related obligations was also not ignored. In particular, the situations in which a civil servant is required to provide income statements for himself and his family during the declaration period are considered.

This issue was actively discussed by the seminar staff, and the questions posed by the participants were answered by Andrei Pavlov, Head of the Legal Support Department, and Sergey Vladimirovich Zaitsev, Head of the Personnel and Public Service Department.

The seminar showed that the direct participation of civil servants of the Ministry in discussing emerging issues related to compliance with anti-corruption legislation makes it possible to understand the innovations in legislation.
