Skiing is a real elixir of health that strengthens the body, hardens the spirit and fills with energy. Those who have ever climbed a ski slope know that the frosty air and rhythmic gliding give an amazing feeling of freedom and vivacity.

This winter, the republic was hit by the elements. Cyclones gave way to anticyclones, snowfalls to blizzards, and by early February, snowdrifts in populated areas of Tatarstan reached 203% of the average monthly norm. Roofs of buildings, sidewalks and pedestrian paths were under the weight of snow.
 

Winter is coming to the end, which means that it's time to warm each other not only with tea, but also with kind words. It has become an important ritual that helps us stay united. During the whole Shrovetide week, colleagues treat each other to delicious pancakes, dried fruits, and bagels with fragrant tea in the Emergency Call Centers in Naberezhnye Chelny and Kazan.

Congratulations to the personnel of the department and veterans of the service on Defender of the Fatherland Day! This holiday highlights the importance of protecting the national interests and sovereignty of our great state. 

This bright holiday teaches us simple but important truths: to enjoy the moment — here and now, with bells ringing and friends laughing; to share warmth — with relatives, neighbors and even random passers-by.
Against the background of a merry dance, iridescent laughter and fervent songs, fire protection workers are imperceptibly but vigilantly on duty.

The safety and tranquility of the residents is the highest reward for those who choose to serve the community. With their daily work, they prove that true heroism lies not in fighting fire, but in preventing it. Today we are honoring one of these people, Albert Fedorovich Yudin, whose contribution to the fire safety of the village was marked by a letter of thanks from the head of the rural settlement.

On the eve of February 23, a festive event dedicated to Fatherland defender's day was held in the staff of SBI "Service-112". This holiday has a special meaning for the staff of the service: it unites those who daily guard the safety of the population of our Republic of Tatarstan.

During the reporting period, 50472 calls were received and processed by specialists in receiving and processing emergency calls, and 38914 incident cards were created. To date, about 58% of calls have been received by the republic's emergency services.

Rescuers of ZSRU No. 6 (Naberezhnye Chelny), which are part of the Search and Rescue Service of the Republic of Tatarstan, conducted preventive raids aimed at raising awareness and safety culture of the population on the ice, especially among fishermen. As part of this campaign, four educational events were organized on the ice of the Kama River, which reached an audience of 25 people. All participants were provided with information materials containing recommendations on safe behavior on ice in winter.

The year 2026 has been declared the Year of unity of people in Russia. Russia is a unique fusion of cultures, languages and traditions, where more than 190 nations create a solid foundation for a common future. This community, where each nation retains its unique face, but acts together for the sake of security, prosperity and the future of the country, is our main strength.
