A ban on the use of small vessels was introduced on July 5 and 6 in the area of the Sviyagi River and the Volga River around the island of Sviyazhsk

By a decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, in order to ensure the safety of people's lives during the family festival "SVIYAGA FEST - 2025", a ban has been imposed on the use of small vessels, as well as sailing, pleasure, and sports vessels on the Sviyagi and Volga rivers around Sviyazhsk Island. The ban applies at a distance of 600 meters from the shore during the family festival "SVIYAGA FEST - 2025" in the waters of the Zelenodolsk municipal district.

The ban does not apply to vessels involved in the preparation and holding of the family festival "SVIYAGA FEST - 2025".

In order to comply with the ban, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Republic of Tatarstan will provide duty in the water area.
