To work in a specialized specialty from a student's bench: students try themselves as operators at SBI "Service – 112"

Specialists in receiving and processing calls from the "112 Service" are able to type at a speed of at least 150 characters per minute, can identify any highway in the Republic of Tatarstan in a matter of minutes, and know the administrative-territorial division of Kazan and Tatarstan. They are engaged in serious and responsible work: they accept calls from those who find themselves in a difficult situation, and send the necessary emergency operational and emergency services to the scene.

To become a specialist in receiving and handling emergency calls, it is necessary to possess certain qualities and undergo multi-level professional training. 

Many people can become a specialist in receiving and processing calls from the 112 Service. You will be taught everything if you successfully pass the professional selection tests. It should be noted that the internship period is paid at almost the same level as the work of an already trained specialist. A convenient work schedule – four days a day - allows students to combine their studies and work in the Service.

The start of professional training for the next group of specialists in receiving and processing emergency calls of the "Service -112" is scheduled for July 2025.
