Russian heroic-patriotic festival of children and youth creativity "Star of salvation". The winners of the first stage of the festival were determined by the organizing Committee in the period from 1 to 9 August. In total, 78 contestants from all over the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the 1st stage.

At the end of August, the readiness of schools for the new school year is traditionally checked throughout the country. Inspectors of oversight and preventive work have always been involved in the work of the joint commissions.
