Preventive work in schools is one of the priorities of the staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations within the framework of training in fire-safe behavior skills to the younger generation. Each age category needs its own individual approach, which is the rule for GPN inspectors to come to a general education institution for a Safety Lesson.

Today, Ilnar Gataullin, Senior Inspector of the Department of Supervision and Preventive Work for the Chistopolsky Municipal District, taught students one of the schools in Chistopolsky during the day.

Fire departments of SFS of Russia EMERCOM on RT had departures on alarms 32 times. Of these, for false calls - 12 times, for interaction with other services - 6 times, for burning food - 2 times, for short circuit without burning -1 times.

Firefighters of the republics eliminated - 4 fires, of which the residential sector - 2 fires, other objects - 2 fires.

The causes of the fires were: careless handling of fire - 2 fires, violation of the rules of arrangement and operation of electrical equipment - 1 fire, violation of the rules of arrangement and operation of furnaces - 1 fire, other causes -1 fire.

Units of VFP departed on fire fighting – 1 time.

SRS of EMERCOM of RT and VRSRS of Russian EMERCOM departed 7 times. Of these: for other AKP - 4 times, for unlocking - 3 times. For  preventive  work - 11 times.

Within two days the framework of the All-Russian staff training on civil defense in the Republic of Tatarstan practical measures on GO were carried out.

Thus, at the first stage of training, the heads of territorial bodies of federal executive authorities, executive bodies, local self-government bodies and organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan were alerted and gathered, meetings were held with the heads of civil defense, at which the situation was brought to light and tasks were set to implement the measures provided for in staff training.

In total, more than 10 thousand people and 614 pieces of equipment were involved in carrying out practical measures of the All-Russian training on civil defense in the Republic of Tatarstan. The goals set for training have been achieved. The training issues have been fully worked out.

Fire departments of SFS of Russia EMERCOM on RT had departures on alarms 44 times. Fire units of the GPS of the Main Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia on RT went on alarm 44 times. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 10 fires, of which 7 fires were eliminated in buildings (structures) of residential purpose and above-building buildings. There are no dead. 1 were injured.

The causes of the fires were: violation of the rules of arrangement and operation of electrical equipment - 3 fires, violation of the rules of arrangement and operation of furnaces - 1 fire, careless handling of fire - 5 fires, arson - 1 fire.

Other trips to incidents - 34 times, of which: false calls - 18 times, for short circuit without burning - 4 times, for burning food - 2 times, for interaction with other services - 10 times.

Fire department trips for rescue operations - 1 time.

Units of VFP departed on fire fighting – 3 time.

SRS of EMERCOM of RT and VRSRS of Russian EMERCOM departed 12  times. Of these: to unlock doors - 3 times, to provide assistance in case of an accident - 2 times, to provide assistance to lying patients - 2 times, to transport the patient to an ambulance - 1 time, to provide assistance in case of injury - 1 time, to leave on the way and on arrival - 3 times. For preventive works - 10 times.

At 6 am, the operational duty officers of the Unified Duty and Dispatching Service received signals about the "beginning of training," introduced "Increased readiness" and the Plan of Civil Defense and Population Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan. With the help of automatic warning system (АСО-4) signals brought to all services and objects involved in training. Next, 9 units (DCS) with voice information and 12 electric circuits were launched. (12 electric networks located in the organizations of the district).

The goals of training, which established the situation on the territory of Russia and the main tasks on training brought during a conference call under the leadership of the Minister of Emergency Situations of Russia Eugenia Zinichev.

Today, October 1, within the framework of the All-Russian staff training on civil defense in the Republic of Tatarstan, regional, local and local voice warning systems were checked, including a comprehensive system of emergency warning of the population about the threat or occurrence of emergencies.

Today in all territory of the Russian Federation events within the All-Russian staff training for civil defense with federal executive authorities, executive authorities of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation, local governments and the organizations for a subject are held: "Organization of performance of actions for civil defense by governing bodies and forces of Universal State System of Prevention and Response to ES (RSChS) in the territory of the Russian Federation". Practical measures on civil defense will be held in the Republic of Tatarstan from October 1 to October 2.

On the basis of an educational and training complex of Federal State Budgetary Institution FPS GPS in the Respublike Tatarstan there passed the final stage of the Competition of professional skill on a rank "The Best Employee (Worker) of Service of Fire Extinguishing of the Federal Fire Service across the Republic of Tatarstan".

Six contestants were presented for the final 10. The competition program provided for the determination of the level of theoretical knowledge and physical preparation of the participants.

Under such a slogan passed today a class on training fire safety rules pre-school. The staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, in the course of preventive work, seek to inspire children how important it is to take safety issues with a huge share of responsibility, consciously and seriously.

For this purpose, today 's event was divided into two stages - theoretical and practical. The children were met by Andrei Fomin, Chief Inspector of the Inter-District Department of Supervision and Preventive Work in Novosheshminsky and Cheremshan Municipal Districts and, having welcomed them, began to explain the rules of fire safety in housing and how to behave correctly in case of fire.

According to the departure schedule, the forces and means of the Kazan fire and rescue garrison on the rank of fire No. 2 were sent to the place of call.

As a result of the fire, there are no dead. 4 people were  injured. Things and furniture were burning in the corridor, the area of burning was 3 square meters.

The preliminary cause of the fire is the careless handling of the fire by unidentified persons.
