Incidents for April 25: fire departments of the republic went on alarm 35 times. Firefighters of the republic liquidated 6 fires, of which 3 fires in residential buildings (structures) and outbuildings.

Such information was voiced today during a scheduled meeting of the Commission for the Prevention and Elimination of Emergencies and Ensuring Fire Safety of the Republic of Tatarstan, at which the issue "On readiness for the prevention and elimination of natural fires in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan" was considered.

Improve the skills of extinguishing wildfires and work out the interaction of fire guards and forestry workers in the elimination of fires and fires in forests - these were the main goals of the exercises organized in the Zelenodolsk forestry. Such trainings are held annually, and, as a rule, in the spring-summer period - the time when the fire hazard increases significantly in the forests.

Of these, for extinguishing garbage - 9 times, for extinguishing dry vegetation - 9 times, for extinguishing reeds - 1 time, for a short circuit without burning - 3 times, for burning food - 1 time, for false calls - 35 times, for interaction with other services - 7 times. Firefighters of the republic liquidated 29 fires, of which in the residential sector - 7 fires, other objects - 22 fires.
