Providing methodological assistance on conducting civil defense in the Chistopol district
According to the departure schedule, a working group consisting of Yu.A. Smirnov, Deputy Head of the Civil Defense Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, R. R. Rakhmatullin, Head of the Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan for the Chistopol Municipal District, and G. A. Podgornaya, Assistant Prosecutor of the Chistopol Municipal District, visited the civil defense defenses of the Chistopol district.
During the inspection, the working group conducted surveys of civil defense facilities located on the territory of the Chistopol district. An assessment of the state of the civil defense facilities has been carried out, and planned work has been clarified.
It should be recalled that civil defense protective structures are designed to shelter the population, personnel of the civil defense forces and material assets in the event of military conflicts, radiation, chemical or biological accidents, natural disasters and other emergencies.
