      Tomorrow inhabitants of Tatarstan will hear again sounds of sirens, a voice of the announcer and will receive SMS messages with informing on verification of the notification passing in the republic. Systems of the notification it will be performed on April 18 from 10.00 till 12.00 o'clock in all municipalities of the republic. In the notification of the population networks of electrosirens and speech the siren installations established in settlements will be involved.

      Inhabitants of the republic, having heard a siren signal, have not to look for shelter. Siren signal, which name "Attention to all!", serves for population drawing attention. Having heard such signal, it is necessary to switch on TV, radio channels, listen to the message and  work according to these recommendations.

      Only the correct and accurate actions will help you with extraordinary conditions to keep health and life. The understanding of extent of threat, knowledge of signals of civil defense and adequate actions in case of threat of an emergency situation will help to save life to you and your relatives.

      On April 18 in Kazan competitions between voluntary fire teams of cafe and restaurants UK "OFS" of Kazan" are held. The purpose of competitions is check of readiness of members of fighting forces of voluntary fire teams of restaurateurs to suppression of possible fires, their abilities to use primary fire extinguishing means and assistance to the victim.

      Winners of competitions are determined by the smallest result of time shown in relay. Competitions are held on April 18, 2014 at 14.00 o'clock on the sports ground to the address: Kazan, H.Yamashev Ave., Victory park.

      Within large-scale doctrines with governing bodies and forces of Universal State System of Prevention and Response to ES on liquidation of large-scale emergency situations and fires which pass in the republic from April 15 to April 17, today there passed joint training of rescuers of the Kazan search and rescue group - branch of the Volga regional search and rescue group of Emercom of Russia and the Aviation link of Head department of Emercom of Russia through the Republic of Tatarstan. The doctrine is carried out for the purpose of enhancement of knowledge and practical skills of heads of governing bodies and forces of Universal State System of Prevention and Response to ES on liquidation of consequences of emergency situations, recovery of conditions of activity of the population, working off of acceptances and methods of protection of the population with use of modern technical means.

      The Tatarstan republican department of the all-Russian public organization "All-Russian Volunteer Fire Society" in anticipation of 365 anniversary celebration from the date of formation of fire protection of Russia organized for pupils of Republican special comprehensive school of a name of Nafis Gallyamov a lesson of fire safety. The lesson passed open-air, in the school yard. To school students was given the task to draw firemen and special equipment on asphalt. Children with a great interest performed this task. Then in the second part of a lesson employees of VDPO told children about fire safety regulations. For school students there was nothing new. Each pupil knows elementary rules and numbers 01 and 112. Therefore they answered questions of firefighters quickly and truly.

      Despite cool and cloudy weather, fire divisions of Head department of Emercom of Russia across the Republic of Tatarstan and RT Ministry of Emergency Situations already 77 times left on suppression of ignitions of a dry grass. 250 people and 82 equipment were involved in liquidation of natural fires. Total area of the burned-out fields constituted nearly 43 thousand square meters.

      With approach of spring people hurry to order the ownerships and country sites, thus, having forgotten about fire safety regulations, burn household garbage and dry vegetation, without reflecting that can do harm not only to the property, but also risk to suffer serious injuries and lose the most expensive – life. The special alarm is caused by cases when children become responsible, and sometimes and victims of a fire.

      REMEMBER! Only strict observance of fire safety regulations can warn fires and not allow big material costs!

      According to the order of RT Cabinet council No. 674-р of 14.04.2014 in connection with increase in the number of fires during the spring and summer period and number of victims on them, according to article 30 of the Federal law of December 21, 1994 No. 69-ФЗ "About fire safety" and article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of May 18, 1993 No. 1866-XII "About fire safety":

      To establish from April 20 to May 15, 2014 a particular fire-proof treatment in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan;

The Ministry of Emergency Situations conducts work on support of families of the lost firefighters. They are provided with permits in sanatoria, the abroad. Psychological support is actively given.

      Inhabitants of multi-storey houses address in editorial office of the local newspaper "Novy Zay" with claims that because of a set of the machines parked in the yards it is impossible to pass with a baby carriage. The problem is very actual. It is difficult to clean roads from snow and ice. If there is an emergency, a way to special equipment to the yard will be complicated. Firefighters on the account have every second.
